Tis the summer of unfinished business. A couple of years ago I tried to run Beartooth Pass but it snowed the night before and MDOT closed it. This time We (Doug and I) are waiting until the last week of June. Hopefully, Mother Nature will cooperate.

The other bit of unfinished business will be over Labor Day weekend when I re-attempt the Southern California Motorcycling Association’s Three Flags Classic ride. During the first attempt, I had to change plans in Oregon and head to Seattle due to weather/equipment problems.

The above Google map will show our progress in real time using my cell phone’s GPS capabilities*. You can left-click on any spot on the path to see the statistics at that point in time. You may also send us a message by clicking on the teardrop, indicating our last known position, and typing your message in the text-box at the bottom of the popup. Please note that when we have completed the trip the above map will be changed to a static, not GPS driven, map.
